Good weigh in 149.4

another night of leg cramps but made it up at 6:20am and did 55 mins on the SPIN bike at 135 bpm.

Should have burned about 600 kcals.

Now to take it easy on the foods for fathers day.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
