I lifted weights yesterday while in a properly fasted state (bar a little pure fat from time to time) so the energy I was burning to do it was fat. You can see the result :-) I had a very bad time getting to sleep though. I may have been over tired. I'll do some more today.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 28.0 lb a week
