Oh, no... It's always amazing how easy to have some weight back while losing weight is so hard and takes long time... My net calories is not positive, yet I could gain my weight. Maybe it's because my food choice has been bad for last several days: too much simple carbs.

I guess my body cycle is not the only contribution of my weight change. Because I watch soccer games, I don't sleep long enough. I need to put sleeping on my priority since I finished reading library books.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
