1002 kcal Fat: 21.09g | Prot: 58.69g | Carb: 144.14g.   Breakfast: 100% Pure Florida Orange Juice, blue berries, special k blueberry, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein). Lunch: the laughing cow light creamy swiss, farmland honey ham, arnold select sandwich thins, blue bunny sweet freedom fudge lites, kemps 2% lowfat cottage cheese. Dinner: Fruit Passions - Peaches 'N Strawberry, cool whip, village hearth, smart ones slow roasted turkey breast. Snacks/Other: pringles reduced fat 100 calorie packs, Light Fat Free White Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt. more...
