No entries! Come on kiddo. If I have to do this so do you. I am down to 306 this morning. In the last couple years I got as high as 314 but then as low as 297. That was right before my gall bladder freaked. I've been eating a bran muffin and coffee around 9 AM and that seems to keep me full until lunch around noon or one. After that try to do a bit more protein to carb ratio. Trying to make lunch my big meal since Jim is just eating a TV dinner at 5 and snacking a little (mostly stealing bites of my dinner) when he gets home. One night I just had steamed cauliflower and last night left over spaghetti. So for the last three days I lost 1 pound a day. Even with a huge hamburger I stayed under my calories. Cool. So start recording already! I need something to compare myself to.
