Haven't been up to weighing in lately as to scared to see what I weigh at moment but am back again everyone have a great Sunday
247.4 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know that feeling too well Michelle! But for me I figured out that I need to force myself on to the scale to be able to push the brakes in time. Otherwise I'm not able to stop eating bad things (I'm very much addicted to chocolate 😟). You can do it too! Don't put too much pressure in it, once a week is fine, one step after another 👣💕
