A slight gain this morning after traveling for Thanksgiving and eating out for every meal for the last 5 days. Not as bad as I thought it might be. Back at it today full force! I got this!
224.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
