WW weight. It will not let me enter this date but here it is:

August 30, 2012...145.8

I started watching what I ate and continued to workout. What a weight loss: 3.4 pounds in 10 days!!
142.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
