baaad. week but oh so much fun. ah well. carnival food wreaked havoc on the scale but it is my once a year indulgence. plus this week I started back to college. I finished my associates in science (RN degree) 7 + years ago and I am a bit nervy about finishing up my bachelors in nursing. yikes. plus.. tmi moment.. it's "that time o' the month"
169.0 lb Lost so far: 69.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1315 kcal Fat: 29.73g | Prot: 58.67g | Carb: 213.55g.   Breakfast: yoplait, Sugar, tea, Whole Milk, eggs. Lunch: chicken breast, Light Balsamic Vinaigrette, ronzoni smart taste penne. Dinner: sweet baby ray's, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten). Snacks/Other: snickers , coca-cola, tostitos mild chunky salsa, baked tostito scoops, Baked Lays. more...
