turun sedekut lagi.

🚣been rowing at the gym. Bagus untuk total body exercise. 3 minit saja tapi setiap kali sedikit lama. 25 tahun yang lalu bisa 30 minit. mau begitu lagi.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
