-0.5 kg after 3 days of stalemate. Yesterday's 60' jogging did their thing! I wonder if I can find a couple of hours every day (including the time needed to prepare for the exercise and then shower and getting ready to go back to work) to support this.
228.8 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
