YES! YES! YES!

I'm down to 75.1 kg from 76.3 kg last week. My weight loss has slowed down, but still moving along at a great rate :)

At this rate I should be at 70 kg or so in 5 weeks.

Wish I was feeling well enough to really start exercising again. Hopefully in a couple of days. I always feel so much better when I'm exercising.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
