So I have not been watching my diet or exercising as life has gotten in the way with so many things to do for everyone else in my family that I have not had any time for me.
So, I noticed ALL my clothes were fitting very snug and I put it to the back of my mind. However, none of them fit now. Too tight to the point that I am uncomfortable.
I HAVE to do something about it and I am starting today.
I want to be me again and feel good about myself.
I will try to check in daily to make sure I am sticking to my plans.
Wish me luck :(
