Probeer nu stabiel te blijven en met extra trainen wat meer spieren op te bouwen. Als ik mijn vetpercentage nog wat lager kan krijgen dan 11.5% probeer ik tussen de 70 en 71 kg te blijven 🙏🏻🤣
