I'm not sure how despite the fact that I ate everything in sight for 4 days I still managed to lose a pound. But, I'll take it! I've gotta get back into the habit of controlling how much beer I drink when I go out to the bar. And I also have to come to grips with the fact that no matter how delicious a cheeseburger and fries may be, I end up bloated and sluggish for a week after. Such is life. 10 days until the Triathlon!

117.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
