Happy holiday!! :) it feels very encouraging seeing the balance arrow pointing closer and closer to 50kg ..I have to be very patient and don't settle at some intermediate weight, make this week count!!
116.8 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you, try to eat enough food, but still with a deficit of 500 calories and you will get there 😀. This takes time🙄, I know, but we have to be patient. 🤗
