183.4 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

what kind of diet are you trying to do?? your food log is kind of unusual. Never seen that type of food for a diet

I'm honestly not doing a diet. I'm just exercising, counting calories and using Thrive. And I cut out soda only water. I haven't been doing my food journal like I should lately but I count my calories in my planner on my own.
