I give up!!!☹️😢
170.0 lb Lost so far: 39.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You’re almost there. Don’t give up!! Mix up your diet/exercise a bit to kick start your metabolism. You can do this. 😘

I'm in the same boat atm..yup maybe mixing it up is a good idea.. already planning to get up early in the morning and try some exercises before breakfast.. not sure how to mix up the diet though? Lol.. Good luck!

I’m currently eating more protein than carbs on 4 days, fasting on 2 (500-600 cals) and eating more carbs on 1 day. There is no set days as metabolism gets used to it. I also exercise every day. Not saying it’s the right way to go but it’s working for me lol. 😘

Exercise EVERY DAY.... GROAN!!! I don't think I could handle that.. not enough hours in the day especially if I have to get my steps in..Takes me all day to do the 6,000 steps!

Even if it’s just 20 minutes of intense exercise (getting your heart pumping) it will help. 😉

Defo need to change the diet, I've eaten the same food for to long now, I have steamed veg and bulger wheat every single day with a different meat, always chicken, gammon or fish and I'm bored of it. Worked for me for a long time.

Exercise is the 3 year and 10 month old. And they drain me of all energy, lol. X

Also I only eat one meal a day, and drink green tea throughout the day, some days I will have a whole wheat pitta bread with a bit of marmite.

Kids are good exercise lol. Your metabolism has slowed down! Increase it by eating little and often. You should start seeing a change. 😘

You maybe losing weight and not realise it, if your going to the gym everyday and working harder at it you maybe building muscle but losing body fat it happens a lot and people don’t realise it especially women, how do you look in the mirror do you look better? Only way of telling is having your body fat calculated but don’t lose heart because it’s not showing on the scales doesn’t mean it’s not showing on you.
