I feel like I'm not able to do this I'm depressed I need to snap out of this and start putting on makeup showering figure out to save my teeth and get my chlolestral down I also want to support everybody in there weight issues to
192.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
