Hi TazBlazer! I feel that way too when I'm using the wrong foods to get my points. Like carbs, that don't go very far.
One of the best things I've found is V8 juice, if you like it. Luckily for me, I love it. A can of that fills me up and I think it's only 1 point.
Also, remember that a lot of veggie items are practically free, so if you're hungry, try to fill up on veggies.
Some fruits aren't too bad either; strawberries are surprisingly low in carbs/points and provide good fiber.
Sometimes, a diet soda or herb tea can help me feel fuller as well.
If you're feeling at all weak or dizzy, you might need to bump up your point intake just a bit. We're not talking tons, but maybe just add in one additional snack or so.
