It is quite important to find foods that fill you up without costing too many points. ( That is what I've been doing today - although not because of hunger!) But there are a couple of other things that you can do to make sure that you stay "un-hungry": 1) make sure that you are getting some protein each meal because protien is digested slower... so less hunger. 2) keep hydrated. 3) include lots of fiber rich foods as they slow down your digestion as well. 4) make sure that you are getting your 2 healthy oils a day. 5) have healthy low point snacks ready for hungry times. ( lots of people have bags of carrots handy! ) - Good luck!

Hi TazBlazer! I feel that way too when I'm using the wrong foods to get my points. Like carbs, that don't go very far. One of the best things I've found is V8 juice, if you like it. Luckily for me, I love it. A can of that fills me up and I think it's only 1 point. Also, remember that a lot of veggie items are practically free, so if you're hungry, try to fill up on veggies. Some fruits aren't too bad either; strawberries are surprisingly low in carbs/points and provide good fiber. Sometimes, a diet soda or herb tea can help me feel fuller as well. If you're feeling at all weak or dizzy, you might need to bump up your point intake just a bit. We're not talking tons, but maybe just add in one additional snack or so.
