no progress :( .. If I eat 988 kcal I'll be losing 0.5kg a week, make that 488 kcal to lose 1Kg/week which is a bit too low on calories for me so I would have to take the slower path.

I know I've been cheating so no wonder there is no progress, keep it steady once u reach your ideal weight to maintain it is 1.4kcals : )
117.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you do need to eat and you would be surprised how much better things go if you don't try to go to low, cravings and hunger set off binges and those cost a lot more then eating a little lower than you normal rdi

yeah..but i don't know if i would call it a binge as much as unconscious eating ... It's a bit disappointing to see how much I let myself go and I guess also age has slow down my metabolism as well so my goal weight it's getting higher than before.. but even so it's such a struggle getting there :(
