I didn't realize until now I hadn't weighed in last week. These last two weeks have been horrible. I have been extremely stressed, way overstretched and very lacking in sleep. Life has thrown me some fast pitches but things are getting back to normal-ish now. One thing the last two weeks has taught me is that I TOTALLY crave junk food and ice cream when stressed (which I already knew) but also when I'm tired! I did not recognize that before and I feel so informed now. Seriously, it's been really good for me to recognize that.

I took my measurements again today, since it's been a month. All the measurements stayed the same except my belly went down one inch! Happy day for that!

Well, here's to a better week!
223.2 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 83.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
