I'm making my smoothies out of ingredients listed and eating some boiled eggs and drinking plenty of water and that is working for me.I also have a healthy fudge bar sometimes. I'm feeling good and hope I get to 200 by the end of year. I hope everyone have a
223.0 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
