Walked over 4 miles yesterday (1 mile walk to work & participated in 5K walk last night.) Feeling it today...wow am I sore...but it was worth it.
96.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
