I am doing a little bit better on my diet this time because I am making sure that I do not go and eat and overdo it. Actually I have kind of like stopped eating and have just been drinking iced coffee and of course I am still smoking my cigarettes so I know I am not being very healthy. I am planning on doing my stretch work-out DVD's. I have three new work-out DVD's and three new books that go along with them. So I can say that I have been doing "reasonably well"
on my attempts to lose the weight. Starving myself and not eating is better than over-eating and eating too much. I need to cool down on the Fast Food Wendy's Restaurant "Triple Bacon-ators with Cheese" Talk about gorging myself with all of that hot meat annd cheese. It's not healthy at all. I need to stop going there anymore.

241.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
