Since I've been home from backpacking I have been overeating a little. I didn't lose any weight while out backpacking like I expected. I am happy that my eating since I've been home hasn't resulted in a worse weight gain though. I am getting back on track now. The most important thing is to track my calories, and get back out for more exercise.
262.8 lb Lost so far: 72.2 lb.    Still to go: 62.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.1 lb a week
