Doilin's Journal, 26 October 2018

Long time, no weigh. It's been a struggle. This is crap and I hate it. I haven't made my lunches in two weeks. I've been buying food at work again. Shit really went down at home and I broke for a bit. Not happy about it. A lot of mental crap. My mindset and my body paid for it. It's time to start back up. I can't believe I've been gone for almost 3 weeks. ...Why would I drop something that made me happy? Forget it. I'm back. Stopped just short of my 300 lb goal. Time to get it. The plus side is that I only gained a slight bit. I could have ballooned. Alright shaking the bad vibes out.
303.1 lb Lost so far: 22.1 lb.    Still to go: 78.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
