Getting dxa scan today, getting RMR tomorrow and the starting with the miller method, excited to get back at it. Tracking food, macros, and lifting. Calories in vs calories out
269.3 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
