So far so good for this week. I should not forget, though, that I need to lose those extra 400 grams (1 lb.) I didn't lose last week, because of the Anniversary.
229.7 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
