FBS...110 Birthday was Friday and I celebrated all weekend. Went to pizza Hut on Fri. and had pizza buffet. Ate all the toppings off the pizza and had 1000 island dressing on my salad. Sat had no sugar added frozen yogurt. Found out there is not much difference in carb count from the regular. Today had Mongolian BBQ with friends. Ate a lot but did not eat the rice. Had less than 1/2 cup of scalloped potatoes, a spoonful of squash casserole, and tasted an iced brownie at dinner. Mostly ate too much. Have to get back on the wagon tomorrow. My challenge is to stay under 20 carbs every day for a week.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
