OMG this Is really working for me I woke up this morning and I’m actually 227 lbs it’s a wonderful day. its so good and I want to say thank you for the support I’ve been getting you guys are awesome
227.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
