Reasonably well on some days--too much wine and a lot of lunches out with dessert--not my choice of entree--but I still managed to lose a pound--it's been consistent this week between 131.2 &-131.8. I have kept my exercise high--hitting 13,500 minimum steps each day--keeping up cycle 2 days, exercise with weights 3 days a week. I am going to try to add yoga this week for 1 day a week--even if I can do a 20 min youtube. I have some events next week I'd like to see 130 + for --reunion for a company where I worked for 13 years on Tues. Time to move off the wine at night.
