It's not where I want to be but at least I'm going in the right direction now. I've upped my water intake and cut my diet Mt dew down to one a day. Hopefully I can get back to my goal weight soon.
98.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
