Sadly, a good chunk of that drop is water weight, and so tomorrow I'll show a gain again, shrug. Oh, and I blew my 800 cal minigoal for the week, just couldn't bring myself to eat anything more last night.
255.8 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 90.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
