I started walking again in the mornings with the nice spring weather and it feels great! I walk 4 miles in an hour and am feeling more positive and motivated. Reading others journals is also helping me!
244.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
