Started back on logging my foods via the Fat Secret iPhone app this past Monday as I don't want to have to buy bigger pants yet again. My birthday is 9/2 and I'm obstaining from indulging in any alcoholic beverages until then. I'm on my "cycle" this week so I've had cravings for snacks (see my 1/4 of Skittles entry on Monday) plus work has been super stressful with a new daily 7am meeting. I'm up by 5am and sometimes not home until 6pm or later. Bleh. I'm relying heavily on Lean Cuisine frozen meals for lunch. Honestly, the biggest thing keeping me from going to the gym after work is not having time to shave my legs! I don't want to work out with yucky hairy legs as my gym is frequented by people I work with, lol!
