I'm progressing very well on this low card diet. I really would like to be 135 by Sat morning for Zariah's shower. I really do. I exercised yesterday around the track. Excercise really really helps. I planned everything that I will eat for today and will not eat after 7pm. Probably 6pm and be in the bed by 9pm. Will try to start going to bed at 8:30 to be asleep by 9am so that I can wake up by 5am and exercise at home on Tue Thur because I hit the gym on Mon Wed and Fri. I'm proud of myself. I really am. Thank you Jesus.

Once I get to 125 I will not eat carbs after 12 noon. I will have my rice, pasta, sweet bread and such but only in the AM so I can burn it off by the night time!!! I think I have this thing down now :)

I'm still in the first JUMP START Phase. Thank you.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
