I’ve raised my goal slightly by 3 lbs cause my wife insinuated that I was getting too skinny. Said she was starting to see my ribs a little bit. This is true but I do work with free weights 3 days a week to keep up my strength. I’m 66 years and counting so I have to try and keep up with the rest of you 🤔🤣
164.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
