The average of 2000 calories per day is not working. After 19 days, I realize the average is around 2000 calories although the range is between 1100 to 4000 calories. So dropping to a new aspirational intake of 1250 calories per day so that 1 or 2 bad days in a week can still keep the average at 1500 calories per day for a week. Hopefully that helps tip the scale. After 19 days, I have not gained but I have not lost as well.
