Is it conceivable that my new plan is actually working?!!! Nothing else has really taken off weight in over 4 YEARS! I hit a new low today -- well. . .my recent new low anyway. It's not "carb cycling" but "calorie cycling." I shoot for 1000 - 1100 calories Sat through Thurs and then feel free to have a "binge" on Friday. Interestingly, I confess that I'm not enjoying the "binge" as much as I thought. I get full and the food really isn't that terrific. I would like food not to be the most important thing in my life, and maybe it's happening. . .just a little bit.
