first time to see this number is a long time also very pleased im doing it on my own now not using the nutra system so i have control and need to work at keeping it. i blamed my partner for getting a little off of track when he says no more chicken so i eat pizza which lead to ice cream then after a 2 pd gain i said stop look what your doing this is your thing and dont let someone sabitash it. so back on track and now a at a 31 1/2 loose, very happy
198.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
