Ok so why don’t I get the connection of what makes it go up into holding water or down in releasing water. Aaah. Salt. Last night salt seemed to help release the water????
240.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
