I've been keeping up ok this past week, mostly trying to convince my husband to go along with eating low carb...it's hard to work all week and cook 2 dinners...
But I've succeeded and just yesterday when I was considering other options, he announced that he was going to eat low carb. So there it is, I won.
My P90X came in today, so I don't know if I'll stick with such a low carb deal because I tend to bulk up/gain muscle really fast. Doing Rockin Body tonight and starting P90X tomorrow. Depending on what results I see over the next month will determine what I decide, but I'll def wait it out and see the results first. I'm doing the lean version, so I think that will help.
When I borrowed that set and was doing the workouts is when I lost my initial weight and I wasn't really doing much dieting, so we'll see.
