switched to almonds as snack and salad lunches, plus TONS of water! would love to be in the 40s by friday for my gyn appointment.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 11.2 lb a week
