Grasa 14%. Ayer spinning 52min. Reuniones tres turnos. El martes peso 153.0 y 15%. El lunes spinning 40min y aerobicos & pesas & abs 57min en gym. Fui y elimine desperdicio. estaba estreñido.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
