I've started a low carb dies only fish, like tuna, almonds, sunflower seeds, cheese (low fat), veggies like broccoli and zuchini. I had egg whites for breakfast with a 1/2 tomato... two cups of green tea, no sugar. This is my jump start. I have to get back. Thank you.
