So far I’ve made pretty good progress. Yesterday the diet went ok 620 calories 85 g protein a bit lower than I’d like it to be but that’s ok. Dropped 0.4 lbs from yesterdays weigh in… slowly starting to get back to where it needs to be. Finally free meal day is here and I’m looking forward to having some ribs from outback steakhouse just hate to see the fluid retention after tonight.
