I think I had too many carbs today. A lot of it was fiber from beans but maybe my body isn't ready for that yet. Idk. My muscles are sore and I keep on keeping on. Drink more water. Today at Cousins' we start kids eat free Mondays. Two free kids meals with the purchase of one adult entree. It's probably going to be a busy night.
