I am having a very tough time figuring this out. Normally I go to the gym at least 3 times a week, I watch my food, walk the dog and I struggle to lose weight. I have been injured - bursitis in my left foot, inflammation in my knees, and a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder - I have not been to the gym in at least 2 months, I have not been able to walk the dog, and I have certainly not watched my food intake. Basically for the past 2 months I have been a total couch potato and I have lost weight. It kinda makes me wonder why I work so hard. I am on the mend, 2 cortisone shots in the shoulder, one cortisone shot in the baby toe, and athletic therapy for the toe, knees, and shoulder. I am now allowed to take short walks so I will be back at the gym before long. This is long I know but I just wanted to share my puzzlement
