Sorry I haven't been on in a few days im trying to figure out how to quit sugar and smoking not easy
192.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It's hard enough to quit one of them... both in one go will be twice as hard... but doable! Best of luck! My hubby quit smoking a bit over 3 weeks ago (after smoking for 45 years!), he's vaping. If that's something you'd consider, then you can get a lot of nice flavours, which might help with sugar cravings too (I particularly like the menthol/aniseed mix).
